My second day in teaching kids yoga :)

It meant so much to me during my second class of teaching the kids.

I have been thinking for the past week how to help this little girl to join us in my second class. Despite that she might be a special child whom do not open up easily to strangers like me ( bring a replacement teacher for the class) i was thinking that there must be something that i have done last week that mad her so uncomfortable that she just can not be herself or at her own space. The reason might be i made them to keep all the yoga mats aside as i wanted them to have more fun in yoga by playing games.

This week ,i made them all have their mats ,and amazingly she does all the asana nicely at her own mat. Just by seeing her joining us the first session during asana, made me more confident in opening up her heart to us and i know i will be able to help her through yoga.

Apart from that , some of them are just so cute and so much to share.

They have given me so much encouragement in my teaching.
