Self practice is a wonderful experience . I have never tried to practice on my own until recently that i need to work extra hard to know my asana better and also train my self to be more discipline in my practice.
The below are 30mins self practice for a good start.
5 mins - warm up . Sit in simple cross leg ( Sukhasana ) ,move your body close wise and anti clock wise for 5 times each.
15 mins - sun salutation 5 rounds adding on warrior 1 and 2 ( virabhadrasana ),triangle pose ( Trikonasana )
5 mins - Butterfly pose , and plank pose. Butterfly pose is to loosen up our hip rotator and prank pose to work on core muscles.
5 mins - cool down . Hugging legs close to your chest and massage back from left to right.
