Uttanasana - standing forward bend

I have been trying hard to go into deep forward bend and i found below movement helps me to bend more.
















1. Pull knee cap up , and extend both hands forward.
    Lengthen your spine parallel to the floor.

2. Exhale , tuck in belly , live tail bone up to the sky
    and bring chest down close to your thigh.

3. Making an inhalation and exhalation for 2 - 3 times , and slowly inhale up to tadasana ( Mountain pose )
